Andrew Rowberry Joins Strikers Ownership Group
Tampa, Florida - The Tampa Bay Strikers have announced the addition of Andrew Rowberry as a minority owner.
A deep passion for the business side of sports has led veteran sports executive and business owner Andrew Rowberry to the Tampa Bay Strikers.
"Its great to add another experienced sports executive to our ownership group. He'll be a great asset as we continue to build the Strikers and National Indoor Soccer League," said Strikers Co-Owner Andrew Haines.
Understanding the value sports participation contributes to youth development as well as community pride, Andrew’s desire to help businesses tap into the passion and emotion of a team’s fan base enabled success for his clients and he looks forward to generating the same positive results for partners in the greater Tampa area with the Strikers.
While still attending to business interests in Canada and teaching part-time at St Clair College, the transition to Florida has been in the works for many years with Rowberry recently purchasing a residence in the North Port FL area.
A long time Bucs and Lightning Season ticket holder and active Florida Citrus Sports member and Scout this two-time CHL Memorial Cup Champion with the Windsor Spitfires, is extremely excited to be part of a new organization as it kicks off its inaugural season.
